Not sure how to tell your child they have head lice? Don’t worry, most children already know what head lice are and are not that worried about them.
The key to telling children that they have an infestation is reassurance. Reassurance that having head lice is not an illness, reassurance that they can be easily got rid of, and reassurance that it does not mean they have dirty hair, as head lice prefer clean hair.
